3.T-kicks       Water Break       Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times

1.Pike Jump

2.Butt Kicks

3. Squats        Water Break        Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times

1.Mountain Climber

2.High Knees Run

3.Burpees        Water Break        Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times

1. Lunges

2. Squat Jumps

3. Oblique Twists      Water Break         Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times

1. Flutter Kicks

2. Scissors

3. Knees In And Out      Water Break        Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times

1. Bicycles

2.Inward Circles

3. Outward Circles         Water Break        Do Each Exercise For 40 Seconds Then Repeat The Set 4 Times
